Curd and parsley garlic salad

pass the purified garlic and parsley through a meat grinder, then grind in a bowl until a relatively smooth mixture is obtained. add vegetable oil with constant stirring. stir the curd with sour milk, season with a pinch of grated zest, lemon juice, black pepper and mix with a mash of greens. distribute the salad into portions and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
