Peel the oranges, divide the pa wedges, remove the white fibres and lay on a glass dish. Squeeze the juice from two more oranges, add water and sugar to taste. Pour orange wedges with the obtained sweetened juice. Keep the salad in the fridge 1 an hour before serving. Serve with sour cream.
