In the fresh air, appetite improves. And for such a dinner you need special recipes for a picnic. You should go to nature, stocking up on the necessary food and thinking in advance what to cook for a picnic. For example, fresh cabbage and carrot salad.

white cabbage - 500 g, carrots - 400 g, seeds - 30 g, juice of lemon (or other sour fruits) 450 g, vegetable oil - 1 dessert spoon, mustard - 1 teaspoon, soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons, honey - 1 teaspoon

Brush chopped cabbage with your hand. Add finely grated carrots. Pour the purified sunflower seeds into the salad. Add lemon juice whipped with the finished mustard, vegetable oil and honey. If you can find wild edible greens nearby, add it to the salad. Depending on the time of year, it can be a primrose leaf, flowers and leaves of a medunica, sorrel, nettle, leaves of a young dandelion, linden, strawberries, wild garlic, tender leaves of a young birch, etc. Rinse the greens thoroughly, shred very finely and mix with the salad. If the salad is not juicy enough, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of water. A picnic salad will taste better if you add a healthy and versatile soy pate to it.
