Salad "yerevan"
Wash and peel the cucumbers, wash the bell peppers and cut out the middle with seeds and a tail, wash the tomatoes. Cut everything into thin mugs. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Rinse the greens and chop them finely. Put the vegetables in a deep salad bowl in layers, slightly salt each layer and pepper, put the onions on top. Pour vinegar, sprinkle with herbs and let brew for 10-15 minutes.
