Salad "impromptu"
Boil the potatoes in a uniform, cool, peel and cut into cubes. Peel the orange, disassemble into wedges and cut them in half, remove the seeds. Grind the nuts. Mix everything, drizzle with orange juice, salt, add sugar, season with sour cream. Line a transparent salad bowl with salad leaves, lay out a salad, decorate with halves of nut, lingonberry berries, orange wedges.
