Lettuce leaves are washed, roughly cut with a stainless steel knife, gently reclined on a sieve so that the glasses are water, laid out in a salad bowl and poured with sauce. Decorate with slices of tomato. The sauce can also be served separately, since the lettuce leaves "cringe" from its long presence.
