Potato salad

Boil the potatoes in salted water with the addition of cumin and bay leaf. Chill, peel and cut into 4-8 pieces in length. For dressing, pass the garlic through the press, mix with vinegar, mustard, 50g capers, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Cut the onions into thin wedges, mix with potatoes and sauce and put to marinate for 3 hours. Cut tomatoes into 2-4 parts, chop greens. Stir the salad with the tomatoes, olives and remaining capers.
