potatoes are cooked in peel. peeled carrots are boiled separately. cut into thin slices. to warm potatoes and to carrots are added: salt, pepper, and then finely chopped onions and some crushed garlic. a glass of wine is poured over this mixture and left for an hour to absorb the wine, after which the salad is poured with a sauce made from lemon and vegetable oil.
