peeled potatoes are boiled in salted water. peas are cooked separately. beets need to be cleaned from pollution, washed, wiped and put an oven. finished it is cleaned and cut into thin slices. potatoes are also cut into elongated slices. all this is mixed, a little salt, pepper, sour cream is added, sprinkled with chopped tarragon and grated yellow. It is decorated with olives and served cold to the table.
