Orange salad
Peel the oranges, disassemble into wedges, cut the wedges in half. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Put in layers in a transparent salad bowl: -half oranges; -half onions; -1 tbsp. spoonful of olives or olives. Pour lemon juice, sprinkle with pepper and repeat all the layers. Pour olive oil over everything and cool. It is recommended to serve as a side dish for fish or meat.
