Salad "dream"

This salad is rich in vitamins. Cucumbers, carrots, cabbage (you don't need to clean them, just wash them well, and remove the upper leaves from the cabbage) cut into honey straws. Finely chop the peeled celery root (or radish), spring onions and garlic. Put everything in an enameled bowl, pour over the lemon juice. Cut apples into wedges, but not all, leave part to decorate. Mix all vegetables and fruits, add salt, sugar, sour cream and mayonnaise to taste and interfere again. Then put a slide in a salad bowl and decorate with apple wedges, cucumbers.
