Jewish apple salad with nuts

Wash the apple, remove the core, and grate the flesh on a coarse grater and put in a bowl. Then add the ground nuts, honey or sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and cinnamon, pour over the wine, mix thoroughly, put in a vase or salad bowl and serve for dessert. Nutmeg or ginger can be added to this salad if desired.
