Indian apple salad

Prepare a salad dressing. To do this, pour yogurt or sour cream into the bowl, add mint, orange or lemon juice, almonds, cardamom and mix thoroughly. Rinse the grapes, separate the berries from the twigs and cut each in half. Peel and core the washed apples, cut into cubes or small slices, fold into a bowl with dressing, add the grapes, stir gently, cover and refrigerate for 30-50 minutes.
