Apple, pear and grape salad

Rinse the apples and pears, peel and core and cut into small cubes. Remove the bones from the washed plums, and cut the flesh into small pieces. Rinse the grapes, separate the berries from the tassels and cut each grape in half. Fold the prepared fruits and grapes into a salad bowl, sprinkle with sugar, pour lemon juice, mix and pour wine or coat with cream whipped into a strong foam. Sprinkle the salad with crushed almonds on top and serve.
