Cheese salad with apples and walnuts

Dill wash, dry. Leave a little dill to decorate, finely chop the rest. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and lemon juice, add sugar, salt, pepper and crushed dill. Cut the cheese into 1cm cubes, peel the apples and seeds and slice thinly. Mix cheese and apples, season with sauce and let brew. Add finely chopped walnut kernels, stir and garnish with dill sprigs.
