French salad
Cut the onions into as thin rings as possible, pour boiling water, cool and cast into a colander. Let drain the water and dry the onions. Boil the eggs and cut into mugs. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Peel and seed the apple and grate over a coarse grater. Put in the salad bowl in layers in the following order: -egg (salt); -mayonaise; -luk; -mayonaise; -yabloko; -mayonaise; -syr.
eggs - 5 pcs., onions - 2 pcs., sweet-and-sour apple 1 pc., grated cheese 2 tbsp. spoons, mayonnaise - 200 g, salt to taste
