Orange salad with spritz

Cut the oranges into 2 halves and carefully remove the flesh so as not to spoil the crust. Squeeze the juice from the flesh of the orange, and cut the flesh of the remaining oranges into small pieces. Stir the brynza, sugar and orange juice thoroughly, carefully add the whipped sour cream and orange pieces. Stir the salad with a fork and stand in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then fill the salad with baskets of orange crusts and garnish with jam or whole berries of jam from different fruits on top. If the cream turned out a lot, serve it to the salad separately in rosettes.
