Salad "minke"
Grate the boiled beets. Run the garlic through the press. Grate the cheese. Mix beets with half of the garlic and mayonnaise (you can add finely chopped walnuts). Sour mix with the rest of the garlic and mayonnaise. Put a layer of beet mass on the dish, then a cheese layer. Repeat until you use up everything. Serve immediately so that the beets do not have time to paint the cheese layer.
beets average 2 pcs., garlic - 4 wedges, walnut (optional) 0.25 cups, mayonnaise - 5 tbsp. spoons, cheese - 200 g, salt to taste
