Bulgarian salad

Wash the sweet bell peppers, peel from the seeds, cut each pod lengthwise into 4 parts, and then, putting them one on top of the other, cut into small straws. Also cut bulb onions, and cucumbers and tomatoes - in small pieces. Mix the vegetables, salt, add chopped parsley greens, season with vegetable oil and put in a salad bowl. Sprinkle over the top of the salad, grated on a fine grater, with the spritz.
