Spanish rice salad

Boil the rice according to previous recipes. Remove the seeds from the pepper, then cut it into strips. Finely shred onions. Cut the tomatoes into four parts. Mix all products and season with one tablespoon of dry wine or lemon juice, mix with two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Pour over the salad, place it in a salad vase and garnish with sprigs of greens.
