Cheese salad
Boil rice in salted water until crumbly. Grate the cheese on a grater, finely chop the onions. Mix rice with cheese and onions, salt, pepper, season with sour cream or mayonnaise. Top with lemon juice. Finely chopped salted cucumber can be added to the salad (in this case, season with mayonnaise).
