Salad "harlequino"




Cut cucumbers into slices, pepper - into straws. Mix cucumbers, peppers, boiled crumbly rice, green peas and half a can of olives. For the sauce, mix olive oil with tomato pulp, lemon juice in a mixer, salt, pepper. Season the salad and mix.
