Sicilian salad

Apples are peeled and cut into small cubes. Celery is allowed 4 - 5 minutes and also diced. Fresh tomatoes are peeled off the skin and seeds and cut into wedges. Pickled mushrooms are diced. The cooked vegetables and fruits are well mixed, seasoned with black pepper, mayonnaise and salt to taste. The finished salad is decorated with olives, boiled eggs.
