Cut the cheese into strips. Wash the parsley greens and finely chop them. Wash the champignons thoroughly and boil for 3-5 minutes in boiling salted water. Then tip the mushrooms into a colander and dry. Cut the cooled mushrooms along the fibers with thin plates and mix with cheese and parsley, add lemon juice and cream, salt, sprinkle with black pepper and mix thoroughly. Put the finished salad with cheese and champignons on a slide in a salad bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
