Chanterelle salad

prepared fresh chanterelles boiled in salted water are finely chopped. potatoes are diced, boiled also in salted water, browned bulb onions, chopped, hard-boiled egg, crushed chanterelles, salt, chopped greens are added. then they are filled with sour cream, laid out in a salad bowl and decorated with tomatoes, whole boiled chanterelles and herbs.

potatoes - 1 pc., fresh chanterelles - 300 g, eggs - 2 pcs., onions - 1 pc., vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon, tomatoes - 1 pc., sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons, greens to taste, salt to taste
