Salad "delicatessen"
Boil cauliflower and disassemble it into stoves. Cut cucumbers, tomatoes and apples into thin slices. Mix all the ingredients of the salad and season with sour cream. Sprinkle finely chopped greens and garnish with pomegranate grains before serving.
