Macedonian salad

Carrots cut into circles, small heads of bulb onions and finely chopped green beans are boiled in salted water and baked. Baked capsicum is peeled from skin and seeds, cut and mixed with boiled vegetables. Salt, pepper, season with vinegar and vegetable oil, stir and decorate with circles of tomatoes or cucumbers.
