Bean salad with apples
Go through the beans, rinse and soak in warm water. Then pour fresh water over the beans and cook over a low heat under a lid for 40 minutes. Tip the finished beans into a colander, let drain the water, cool. Cut the apples into 4 parts, remove the seed box, cut the wedges into small pieces. Peel the beetroot and cut into small cubes. Mix beans, apples and beets, salt, pepper, season with vegetable oil and vinegar, mix and garnish with parsley leaves.
dried beans 200 g, or canned beans - 1 can, apple - 2 pcs., boiled beets - 1 pc., vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons, wine vinegar to taste, ground black pepper to taste, salt to taste, parsley greens to taste
