Bean salad with egg
Boil the beans in salted water for 10-12 minutes, cast them into a colander and roll with cold water. Prepare the dressing. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, ginger, a pinch of sugar, 5 tbsp. l oil. Pour over the beans and let stand for 15-20 minutes. Boil and chop the eggs. Chop the onions, simmer in oil for 2 minutes, sprinkle with sugar, interfere while the sugar melts a little, add cayenne pepper and mix. Mix the beans, eggs, onions, put on the lettuce leaves and garnish with parsley.
