Prunes salad with nuts and garlic

Wash the prunes well and pour cold boiled water for a day so that it swells and the bone is easily taken out of it. There is so much water to burn that it covers prunes. When it softens, remove the seeds from the berries. Spread the berries on a towel so that they dry. Peeled walnuts and garlic are thinned in the stupa so that a uniform oily mass is obtained. Putting it in a bowl, salt and, rubbing, gradually pour lemon juice or diluted citric acid. Rub Until the mass turns white. Stuff each prunes berry with nut mass, put in a glass salad bowl, pour mayonnaise, ground with sugar. Top with a ruble of greenery.
