Kuban herring

Herring is cut into fillet, placed in milk or strong tea, then passed through a meat grinder along with fried onions. Hard-boiled eggs are finely chopped. Apples (without skin and seeds) are grated on a fine grater, everything is combined with herring mass, a little mayonnaise is added, mixed.
