Herring salad
Boil the potatoes in a uniform in salted water. Cool, peel and chop. Cut the herring fillet into cubes, cut the onions into rings. Cut the beets into cubes, thinly cut the cucumbers. Cut the apple, remove the seed and slice. Mix mayonnaise with yogurt, grape vinegar and beet juice. Stir all the ingredients of the salad and season with the sauce, let it brew for a few minutes. Before serving, the salad can be salted to taste.
