Potato salad with meat or fish

Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool, peel. Cook potatoes, peel, cool. Fry meat or fish, potatoes, cucumbers, apples, cut eggs into small cubes, add canned green peas. Mix all this, add mayonnaise. Season with salt, a pinch of sugar, vinegar (or lemon juice), mustard. Put in a salad bowl, pour over the remaining mayonnaise, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley greens. Garnish with lettuce leaves or other vegetables.
