Kamchatka salad
Boil the potatoes and carrots, chill, peel and slice. Cut tomatoes and eggs into small slices, cut boiled fish or disassemble with a fork into pieces, finely chop onions. Mix all the ingredients, salt, pepper and pour with dressing with Yuzhny sauce. Spoon the salad with a slide into a salad bowl, decorate with slices of fish, eggs, strips of jelly and herbs.
