Boiled fish salad
Boil the fish in salted water, clean from the bones and cut into small pieces. Boil the eggs hard-boiled and finely chop. Finely chop the onions, grate the bread. Mix all products, season with vegetable oil or mayonnaise. Garnish with herbs.
pollock - 400 g, or hake - 400 g, or cod - 400 g, stale bread - 100 g, onions - 100 g, eggs - 2 pcs., mayonnaise - 6 tbsp. spoons, or vegetable oil - 6 tbsp. spoons, greens to taste, salt to taste
