Cod or sea bass salad hot smoked-2

Hot smoked cod salad with fresh cucumbers, apples and spring onions. Cucumbers balance the taste of smoked fish, apples add an interesting taste note, and onion - freshness and sharpness.

cod - 400 g, or sea bass - 400 g, apple - 1 pc., cucumbers - 2 pcs., tomatoes - 1 pc., green onions - 6-7 pcs., eggs - 1 pc., salad - 50 g, vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons, salt to taste, pepper to taste, vinegar to taste

Cut fresh cucumbers and apples without skin into small cubes, clean fish from skin and bones - in larger cubes, chop spring onions. Put everything in dishes, salt, pepper and season with vinegar, vegetable oil and finely chopped parsley greens. Stand the cod salad for 30 - 40 minutes in a cold place. Place the cod salad on a dish, garnish with rounds of fresh tomatoes, cool eggs and lettuce leaves. Spring onions can be replaced with shredded bulb onions. You can also make this salad with hot smoked sea bass.
