Cod or sea bass salad hot smoked

Cut fresh cucumbers, apples without skin into small cubes. Cut the fish, cleaned of skin and bones, into larger cubes. Grind green onions. Put all the products in a dish, salt, pepper, season with a mixture of vinegar with vegetable oil and finely chopped parsley greens. Put on a dish, garnish with pieces of fresh tomatoes, cool eggs and green lettuce leaves. Green onions can be replaced with finely shredded bulb onions, previously marinated.
