Cod salad
Boil the fish, cool, remove the skin, remove the bones. Cut into portions, drizzle with wine vinegar and place in a cold place. Cucumbers, apples, radishes and celery cut into straws 3-4 cm long put in a cold place. Rinse the lettuce leaves, dry with a napkin and place on a plate. Before serving, salt the prepared vegetables, season with part of the mayonnaise and put them on the lettuce leaves. Lay pieces of fish on top and pour over the remaining mayonnaise.
