Salted cod salad

Soak salted cod in cold water for 12 hours, then boil in a small amount of spiced water. Cool the ready-made fish without taking it out of the broth. Boil the potatoes and cut into circles. Grind onions. Add the fish cut into small pieces, season with vegetable oil and vinegar. Garnish the salad with parsley greens and wedges of a cool egg. For spiciness, you can add 1 teaspoon of ready-made mustard to the salad.
