Soybean salad with herring

Soak the soybeans in cold water overnight, then rinse and boil in salted water until soft (make sure the soybeans do not boil), roll back in a colander and cool. Soak the herring in soy milk for 1 hour - it will taste tender and pleasant. After that, cut off the head, separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool, peel and finely chop. Mix the prepared eggs with mayonnaise and grind thoroughly. Combine the soy with the chopped herring and season with the mayonnaise mixed with the eggs. Serve the salad chilled.
