Cut the herring fillet into pieces. Over the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin, cut the flesh into cubes. Cut the onions into rings. Drain the liquid from corn and tangerines. Cut the apples into 4 parts, cut out the core, cut one into wedges, cut the second into cubes, drizzle everything with lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients, pour lemon juice. Disassemble the head salad into leaves, wash, dry and roughly narrow or cut. Place the salad on the leaves and garnish with prepared apple wedges.
