Herring salad-2

With smoked and soaked salted herring, remove the fillet, clean it from the bones and cut into small cubes. The eggs are boiled hard boiled. Apples and pickles, peeled, onions and egg whites are cut into very small cubes, mixed with herring and mayonnaise and placed in a salad bowl. When served, the remaining mayonnaise is poured and decorated with rounds of boiled carrots, pickled mushrooms, parsley sprigs or green lettuce leaves. Served with chips and also used to make sandwiches.
