Hot smoked fish salad with vegetables

Boil potatoes, cauliflower, green beans, eggs (boil each product separately). Divide the finished cauliflower into stokers. Cut beans, potatoes, eggs, fresh cucumbers (without skin) into thin slices. Clean hot smoked fish from skin and bones. Divide into small but not very small pieces. Place the fish on the middle of the salad bowl, pour mayonnaise over the top. Arrange a vegetable salad around, seasoned with mayonnaise and salt. Garnish with circles of eggs and tomatoes, lettuce leaves, long slices of cucumbers. For this salad, cod, zubatka, sea bass, large bream of hot smoking are good. Instead of fresh green beans, you can take canned or green peas.
