Italian salad

Carrots, celery, potatoes, green bean pods and green peas are boiled. All vegetables, with the exception of peas, are cut into small cubes. Finely chopped anchovy fillet and diced pickles are added. The salad is seasoned with mayonnaise and, with a slide, decorated with boiled eggs and olives.
