Chopped salad
Gut herring, rinse, peel, remove bones and chop. Wash the beets, boil or bake, cool and grate on a coarse grater. Boil the potatoes and carrots, cool, peel and finely chop. Finely chop the salted cucumber. Mix everything, mix with grated horseradish and season with sauce. Garnish with slices of egg and parsley greens before serving.
beets 1 pc., herring - 1 pc., salted cucumbers - 2 pcs., potatoes - 2-3 pcs., carrots - 1-2 pcs., horseradish - 1-2 tsp, sour cream sauce - 1 cup, green onions to taste, parsley greens to taste, boiled eggs - 1 pc.
