Piccadilly salad
Boil the potatoes in a uniform, peel, cut into circles about 1 cm thick. Peel the onions, cut into thin rings. Cut the herring fillet into small slices. Make the sauce. Stir vegetable oil, vinegar and mustard until smooth. Put the potatoes in a salad bowl, onions on it, put slices of herring on top. Pour the sauce evenly over the salad.
