Salad "sea"
Boil rice in salted water until crumbly. Drain the liquid from the canned fish, disassemble the fish with a fork into pieces. Peel the onions and carrots and cut into thin strips. Mix all the ingredients, salt and season with mayonnaise and canned oil. Stir, slide into a salad bowl and garnish with herbs.
