Salad "for loved ones"




Slice the champignons, cut the onions and fry together in vegetable oil. Salt the fish fillet, pepper and fry in vegetable oil. Finely chop two-thirds of the fried fillet, cut the rest of the fillet into long sticks. Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into small cubes. Mix rice, vegetables and crushed part of fish fillet, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise. Put half of the mixture with rice on a large dish with an even layer, put half of the mushrooms with onions on it, level, put the remaining rice mixture and an even layer of the remaining mushrooms on it again with an even layer. Decorate the salad with tomatoes, strips of fish, herbs, radish flowers.
