Tuna rice salad
Remove the tuna from the liquid, allow to drain well and disassemble into small pieces. Peel the sweet peppers from the seeds and partitions and cut into cubes. Boil the rice, cast it into a colander, blow it with cold water and let it drain. Let the liquid drain from the onion. Mix mayonnaise with capers, marinade from under capers (2 tbsp), salt, ground pepper and lemon zest. Mix rice, fish, onions and peppers, season with sauce, mix and let brew for a few minutes.
long-grain rice - 125 g, canned tuna - 150 g, canned silver onion 100 g, bell red pepper - 1 pc., salad mayonnaise - 6 tbsp. spoons, capers - 2 tbsp. spoons, salt - 1 pinch, white pepper freshly ground 1 pinch, lemon (zest) 0.5 pcs.
