Copenhagen salad
Boil the fish in a small amount of water, cool, remove the bones, divide the flesh into pieces. Cut vegetables and apples into cubes. Stir mayonnaise with mustard. Mix everything with pieces of fish, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise.
fish - 250 g, salted cucumbers - 1 pc., tomatoes - 2 pcs., onions - 1 pc., apple - 1-2 pcs., mayonnaise - 100 g, salt to taste, pepper to taste, mustard to taste
